02. Description of Service
Rizzume is an AI-powered resume analysis, checker, and builder tool designed to optimize resumes for ATS and prepare you for interviews. The platform is currently provided for educational and professional optimization purposes.
03. Intellectual Property & Resumes
You retain all copyright and ownership of the resumes you upload or create using our builder. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to do so.
04. AI Accuracy & Liability Disclaimers
Rizzume uses generative AI models (Google Gemini API) to provide keyword analysis and job match scores. AI suggestions are opinionated guidelines, not guaranteed career or employment success measures. We do not guarantee job placements or interview conversions.
05. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to limit access, restrict API calls, or delete account metadata for users suspected of abusing the upload systems, reverse-engineering our tools, or using script-automation to burden our backend nodes.
06. Account & Data Termination
You can terminate your usage of our services at any time. We support absolute data control and provide a self-service data deletion endpoint at '/wipe' which completely wipes your MongoDB configurations and all cached files.
