01. Introduction
Welcome to Rizzume. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you upload resumes or use our resume builder.
02. Information We Collect
To provide AI-powered resume analysis, we collect two main categories of data: (a) Authentication Data: secure OAuth login information (email address and profile name) provided via Clerk. (b) Resume Content: the textual content, structural layouts, and PDF files you upload or create using our builder.
03. Data Storage & Infrastructure
We use a hybrid secure backend architecture. All analysis meta-data and builder configurations are stored on MongoDB Atlas. Uploaded PDF files and generated preview thumbnails are hosted securely and permanently through Telegram API cloud storage, accessed via temporary, expiring secure links generated server-side.
04. AI Analysis & Processing
All resume evaluation is processed securely via Google AI (Gemini and Gemma models) using the Vercel AI SDK. We pass your resume text dynamically to extract keyword mismatches, ATS formatting issues, and career feedback. Your resumes are not used to train public models.
05. Deletion & Control
You retain full ownership of your data. We provide an absolute data wipe function. By navigating to the '/wipe' endpoint, you can instantly and permanently purge all your resumes, stored files, and profile records from our databases.
